ECO PANEL INSULATION RATING (R value) - 75mm = 1.95 R; 100 mm = 2.6 R; 150 mm = 3.9 R;
Standard External Walls and Roofs are 150mm thickness our internal walls have a final finished dimension 95 mm. (We can provide thicker materials at a small extra cost)

GRANNY FLAT concepts - KARINA & JANET are ideal as they are less than the allowable 60 sq mtrs. These concepts meet NSW Government (Department Planning & Environment) Guidelines for free standing affordable housing. www.planning.nsw.gov.au

    Prices include Gyprock and their fixing materials for internal walls - this allows you to soften the interior by painting and changing colours as required & provides a cosy conventional wall finish as you would in traditional building. We can remove the cost of the gyprock to provide a basic entry level of finish if required

  3. HOW ARE THE PANELS MADE....External panels are a composite (core) of fire resistant foam sandwiched between two outer skins of 0.6 mm Blue Scope Steel & coated with texture.
  4. HOW LONG ARE THE PANELS.....We manufacture to any length - as long as you can load it on a truck we can deliver it @ your cost.
  5. HOW WIDE ARE THE PANELS ......All panels are made to a standard width of 1200 mm 
  6. HOW STRONG ARE THEY ............In many instances buildings are made from our ECO SIP panels and need no other support.
  7. DO I NEED ANY TIMBER OR STEEL SUPPORTS ..........Ultimately the design strength will be determined by the structural engineer who has certified your design. 
  8. DOES AUSTEC DESIGN HOMES AND STRUCTURES..............NO WE DO NOT, however, we can refer you to reputable designers & engineers who understand the unique features of our ECO panels.
