 PANELPHEN – our revolutionary fire-rated insulated panel, consisting of two sheets of BlueScope’s COLORBOND® Permagard® steel sandwiching a rigid flame-rated polystyrene/phenolic foam core.
FM Global Class 1 accredited, PANELPHEN is also ideal for a wide range of structural walling applications, including cool rooms, cold stores, hotrooms and food-preparation areas. Because it can withstand extreme heat, PANELPHEN is ideal for use in highly combustible situations, such as work areas or bushfire-prone sites.
 PANELPHEN panels are 1200 mm wide, range in thicknesses from 50 mm to 250 mm, and can be produced to any length, subject to transport restrictions. Technical Specifications
